Five trades. One flat floor.
Everything on our mark is work we actually do. Most residential and fit-out jobs use all five in sequence — start with what you know you need, and we'll map the rest on site, for free.
We map your slab with a rotary laser, set the finished datum, prime, and pour self-levelling underlayment — flowing it out to within ±2 mm over 3 m. Walkable in hours and ready for LVP, tile, epoxy, hardwood or polished concrete.
IDEAL FOR
- Basements before LVP or laminate
- Condo & retail fit-outs
- Warehouses & workshops
- Slabs over radiant heat
Carpet adhesive, paint, thinset and old levelling compounds ground off to sound concrete, and high spots brought down to open the surface for coatings or a fresh pour. Every grinder runs shrouded on HEPA H13 vacuums — it's a dust-free process, not a dusty promise.
IDEAL FOR
- Adhesive & paint removal
- Epoxy / polish prep
- Leveling isolated high spots
Static cracks injected and chased, spalls and pop-outs rebuilt with epoxy-modified repair mortars, control joints filled flush, and chipped slab edges or wheelchair-ramp lips squared up. Most patch repairs ride out the same day we start.
IDEAL FOR
- Garage & driveway slab edges
- Warehouse joint repair
- Spalls & potholes before coatings
When a coating is too thick or too stubborn for grinding, the scarifier cuts it off — along with trip lips between slabs, failed waterproofing membranes and paint systems on exterior concrete. Leaves a keyed profile ready for toppings or repair.
IDEAL FOR
- Sidewalk & slab trip lips
- Roof-deck & garage membranes
- Heavy elastomeric coatings
Delaminated, hollow or badly deteriorated concrete doesn't get patched over — it gets chipped out. We remove unsound sections down to solid substrate with electric chipping hammers, tie in rebar where needed, and pour the repair back to level.
IDEAL FOR
- Delaminated & hollow areas
- Full-depth slab repairs
- Prep before new toppings

A slab that looks fine to the eye can swing close to an inch corner to corner — enough to telegraph through LVP, crack tile grout and void flooring warranties. Drag the line to see what we remove from the equation.
From measure to flat in four moves.
Every step closes the gap to the finished-floor datum — watch the residual deviation drop to zero.
Measure
On-site rotary-laser survey of your slab. You get a deviation map and a fixed quote within 48 hours — no per-square-foot guesswork.
Prep
Grinding, scarifying or chipping as the survey calls for. HEPA extraction and containment keep your space clean while we do it.
Pour
Self-levelling underlayment pumped, raked and spiked-rolled to a laser-set datum. Walkable in 2–4 hours in most conditions.
Verify
We re-measure everything with the same laser we set it with. You get a written flatness report and a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Measured, not promised.
"Flat" isn't a vibe — it's a number. Every MIR job is set with a rotary laser, poured to a written tolerance, and re-measured before we call it done. You get the report, not just our word for it.

The mark isn't marketing. It's the job list.
Everything on our mark — levelling, grinding, patching, scarifying, chipping — is work our own crew does with our own machines. Toronto-born, GTA-wide, and honest about what your slab needs. No subcontractor shuffle, no telephone quotes.

OUTSIDE ~50 KM OF DOWNTOWN? WE CAN STILL TAKE THE JOB — JUST ASK.
Asked before every job.
It depends on three things: area, how far out of level the slab is, and how much prep it needs. As a planning number, self-levelling typically lands between $4–$9 per sq ft installed, with grinding and patching usually quoted by the day. Every quote we give is fixed-price — we measure on site with a rotary laser before committing to a number, and the assessment is free.
Most self-levelling underlayments we use are walkable in 2–4 hours. Floor coverings usually go down at 24–72 hours depending on the product and pour thickness. We give you the exact window for your slab in writing, so your flooring contractor can book their crew around it.
No. Every grinder and scarifier we run is shrouded and connected to HEPA H13 vacuum extraction, and we seal work areas with plastic sheeting and negative air where the space calls for it. You'll sweep up more dust from cutting one 2x4 than from a full day of our grinding.
Often yes — but never directly over loose material. Thick residues get ground or scarified off first; sound, well-bonded coatings can sometimes be scarified to a profile and primed. We test adhesion on site and tell you honestly when full removal is the safer call.
It doesn't leave the job until it does. We re-measure every pour with the same laser we set it with, hand you a flatness report, and back the work with a 10-year workmanship warranty. If anything we poured fails, we come back and make it right at no cost.
